can you smell what's cooking?
lately I’ve been trying to be a healthy person. yes, I did said ‘trying’ becoz sometimes I can’t help it but being unhealthy has its fun side too :P
I’ve been preparing power-pack breakfasts, light & easy lunches, low-calories dinners all by myself and for myself. as said, I don’t prepare every single meals but I’m already so proud of myself. if you know me well, I’m the kind of person that I rather not eat if you ask me to cook. but with all these simple to prepare recipes, I do enjoy preparing it (except when I was in a rush or overslept, I rather skip my meal than going thru the hassle).
here’s a few meals that I’d prepared…
besides these, I’d also prepared smoked salmon with steam vege, tuna & green apple salad, miso soup with cube tofu and turkey ham California roll. I didn’t take picture of it becoz it didn’t look so presentable but of course still edible.
can’t wait to discover more simple recipes or invent some new recipes…

check it out...
just wondering what makes you take a second glance at a stranger? you know, some gals will look at guys with ear piercing or some guys will check out gals with boy-cut hairstyle. or even perhaps a guy will check out another guy’s tight ass… who knows… haha…

during my AME tour, there are these 4 guys from our AV team who all have very manly tattoos all over their body, arms, shins and calves. and pardon me for keep on checking you guys out ya… I just can’t help it haha...
I always wish that I can have one too. you might ask what’s stopping me? the pain…. yes, I am very scared of pain and blood and needles. if only one day someone out there invent a painless tattoo (no, I don’t mean those sticker type… you idiots…), I would love to have a tattoo at…..

since there’s no such innovation of painless tattoo yet, all I can do to satisfy my desire is to check out other guys manly tattoos… :P
for me, there’s only one thing that will make me take a second glance at a stranger. tattoos…. I don’t know why but I find guys with tattoo are very intriguing.
ok, let me make this clear first… I don’t find any tattoo is captivating. especially those ‘ah beng’ type… a very big no-no for dragon or tiger or snake or any Chinese zodiac.

these are among the few celebrities that had captured me with their manly tattoos….

ouch… ouch… ouch…
here pain, there pain, everywhere pain….
in fact after last Saturday nite clubbing to celebrate Jesse’s birthday and also a pile of teddy-bathing, I had sort of backache. I think it was becoz since aeons ago the last time I wore a 3-inch heel to party and dance combined with the squatting to scrub all my teddies was a very tiring chore.
as I just recovered from the backache, today I took the plunge to join the bodypump class (wanted to do something different from the usual cardio). and now, I’m having shoulder pain, bicep pain, tricep pain, ab pain, buttock pain, hamstring pain… basically, every single muscles in my body ache badly. worse is I can’t lift my hand high up and I can’t walk too big steps :(
*sigh…* don’t know how am I going to pull through work tomorrow… definitely will be a very dreadful one…
